• Communications and content, such as messages, emails, texts, calls (which may be monitored and recorded), reviews, feedback, survey answers, signatures, and the photos, files and other content you send or upload
• Information about other people that you give us, such as guests in your party or on a guest list. If you give us someone else’s information, you confirm you’re allowed to
• Device, online and location information, such as your IP address, device and browser information, general or precise location, the pages and content you view, the links you click, the website or ad that referred you, and other information about how you use the Services, collected using cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies, including across devices
• Photos, video and audio from our venues and events, including from security cameras, and from photographers and videographers at our venues
• Information when you use Wi-Fi or other services at our venues, take part in a promotion, contest, survey or rewards program, or interact with us on social media
• Information from other sources, such as reservation, event, ordering, payment and communications platforms, our affiliated companies and venues, event hosts, business partners, service providers, advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms, data providers and publicly available sources
• Inferences we or our partners draw from any of the above, such as your preferences and interests

We may combine the information we collect, including information collected at or about any of our venues.

How we use information

We may use information for any purpose related to operating, providing, marketing and improving our venues and the Services, including to:

• Provide, confirm, manage and follow up on reservations, events, orders and visits
• Communicate with you by email, phone call and text message, including with automated and AI-assisted tools
• Process payments, deposits and agreements
• Personalize your experience and remember your preferences across our venues
• Run promotions, contests, surveys, events and rewards programs
• Develop new venues, services and features, including AI-assisted and automated tools
• Send news, offers and other marketing, and advertise our venues, including personalized and targeted advertising on other websites, apps and platforms
• Measure, analyze and improve the Services, our venues, and our marketing and advertising
• Create aggregated, de-identified or derived information
• Keep our guests, staff and venues safe and secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our terms and policies
• Comply with legal obligations
• For any other purpose described to you when we collect the information, with your consent, or as permitted by law

How we share information

We may share information:

• Among Clive Collective, its affiliated companies and the venues they operate, including CALA, The Americano, KUZA, Tell Your Friends, Neon Spur and The Bungalow Kitchen, each of which may use it as described in this policy
• With service providers, vendors and partners that help us operate our venues and the Services, such as reservation, event, ordering, payment, communications, hosting, analytics, AI, marketing and advertising providers
• With advertising, marketing, analytics and social media partners, including to deliver, personalize and measure advertising
• With business partners, such as co-marketing, promotion, event and entertainment partners
• With the host of an event you attend or are invited to, and with guests of an event you host
• With other people at your direction or with your consent, such as anyone you share a booking or group page with
• In connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization or other transaction involving our business or any of our venues
• To comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, property and safety of our guests, staff, venues and others, and to enforce our terms
• In aggregated or de-identified form, for any purpose

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your reservations, events and inquiries and, where you agreed, news and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our text messaging terms for details.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

We may email you about your reservations, events and inquiries and, where permitted, news and offers from our venues. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We and our partners, such as Google and Meta, may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and deliver, personalize and measure advertising across websites, apps and devices. These partners may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites and services.

Your choices:

• Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Services may not work as intended without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta.

The Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Third-party services

Some Services, such as reservation, ordering and payment platforms, are provided by third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the information they collect. The Services may link to other websites we don’t control.

We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries.

Data retention

We may keep information for as long as we consider reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting and business purposes.

Data security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask us to update your information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
