Begin the evening with passed chef creations during an intimate cocktail hour, followed by a four course dinner expertly paired with wines from Dan Kosta’s portfolio, including Admire, Convene, and the highly coveted Grail Grand Cru Campbell Ranch Pinot Noir.
In collaboration with guest chef Gio Osso of Virtù Honest Craft, along with Beau MacMillan and Peter McQuaid. of The Americano, the evening’s multi-course menu will bring each wine to life through bold, expressive dishes that balance Sonoma’s grace with The Americano’s signature modern flair.
